As an ex-athlete (road runner) for many, many years I eventually ended up with painful knees. Working in many African countries before retirement I noticed that many locals eat and drink the leaves, bark and roots of the Moringa tree. So I decided to purchase these Moringa pills because nothing seems to sort out my knee problems, well, after 3 weeks I now jog my 10km without any problems whatsoever.
